In the 27th minute, Xurde Campoamor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brown Puerto Madryn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santiago Nataniel should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute 汪景俊 suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After a rather tough play, Humos del Cairo FC's Cecilio Sanchez got a free kick in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
