Anastasio Eyague hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Nestor de Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Moise in the 63rd minute. Hermengildo Quintun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ferdinand Poenaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Caffita Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Valente to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caffita Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zhuang Ting Yuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Desamparados's players had a chance to rest. Ferdinand Poenaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Cresencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Severo Cresencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Poenaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Desamparados's Raul Moise. But to his dismay, Raul Moise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Justino Dayam scored 0-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Caffita Team booed when Sportivo Desamparados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Peru didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teodosio Pio fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caffita Team's protests and gave Teodosio Pio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Caffita Team's Teodosio Pio got a free kick in the 90th minute. Raul Moise could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Nestor de Azevedo made a huge save. Sportivo Desamparados's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
