Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Juan Carlos Jiménez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Florian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute La Estacion FC were awarded a corner. Joel Sein went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Henry Lagarde drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind 10 000 DE VISITANTE's goalkeeper. Henry Lagarde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Juan Carlos Jiménez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Many of 10 000 DE VISITANTE's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. 10 000 DE VISITANTE may have spent more time on the ball, but La Estacion FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
