Itacaruaré's Lancelot Cambero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Servando in the 22nd minute of play. Argon's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kennet Sundén in the 23rd minute. After 27 minutes Itacaruaré's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kennet Sundén who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Itacaruaré's zone, Christian Servando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lancelot Cambero came out of the goal and Christian Servando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Brophy's late challenge caught a Itacaruaré's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Brophy helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Dan Brophy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argon's Kennet Sundén managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 傅明轩 in the 39 minute of the game. Lancelot Cambero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Servando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42ndth minute of the game Christian Servando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itacaruaré's Lancelot Cambero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Cornelio Senio in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Argon's Kennet Sundén. Itacaruaré's Daniel Lorenz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Felix Enetz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Servando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55th play minutes Christian Servando shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Lancelot Cambero and just under the crossbar into goal. Lancelot Cambero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argon. 85 minutes into the match, Argon's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Checa came free, but Felix Enetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Brophy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lancelot Cambero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
