In the 6th minute, Severino Furman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Jacobo Joseph notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Geronimo Joanes. Geronimo Joanes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, Kryptoniano Maradona's Jacobo Joseph sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geronimo Joanes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Geronimo Joanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Furman in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wade Shannon in the 18th minute of play forced ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Geronimo Joanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Wade Shannon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Geronimo Joanes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Severino Furman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geronimo Joanes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 30th minute of the match, Venancio Calvet got a very nice opportunity to score, but Robustiano Ricart was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kryptoniano Maradona's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nereo Gonza was slow to take the kick. During this time ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's players had a chance to rest. The corner led ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Nereo Gonza to fire away a dangerous shot which Robustiano Ricart despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The nice shot from Nereo Gonza in the 33rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Robustiano Ricart had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After 40 minutes of play, Kryptoniano Maradona's Jacobo Joseph made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geronimo Joanes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ defense, Wade Shannon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geronimo Joanes. The ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geronimo Joanes should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nereo Gonza to make the kick off. Severino Furman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Geronimo Joanes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Severino Furman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Geronimo Joanes made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Kryptoniano Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Calvet came free, but Robustiano Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pan Bin Sha got free with Geronimo Joanes in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Damian Urko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Geronimo Joanes got control of the ball when Severino Furman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Geronimo Joanes came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Kryptoniano Maradona's Jacobo Joseph. But to his dismay, Jacobo Joseph quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Geronimo Joanes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Furman in the 73rd minute. ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Geronimo Joanes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ from getting a goal against them. Geronimo Joanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Severino Furman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geronimo Joanes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. 88 minutes into the game, Wade Shannon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Geronimo Joanes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute Nereo Gonza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Ricart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Kryptoniano Maradona could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ throughout the match.
