Héctor David Calderón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Solari, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Julio Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Emiliano Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Cruz made a kick off. If Pablo Solari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Rosario Central FC's Maximiliano Frascuelo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Héctor David Calderón. That made the score 0-3 after 55 minutes of play. Răzvan Voinea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Héctor David Calderón made a huge save. Pablo Solari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Héctor David Calderón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CHONA AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Răzvan Voinea scored to the left of an out of position Héctor David Calderón, making the score, 0-4. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Pablo Solari took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Héctor David Calderón to make any attempt to save it. 71 minutes into the match, CHONA AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Tulio came free, but Héctor David Calderón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Héctor David Calderón was a little too slow when Maximiliano Frascuelo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Răzvan Voinea got free with Héctor David Calderón in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the game, Rosario Central FC's Pablo Solari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Héctor David Calderón made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Pablo Solari might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Héctor David Calderón. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Solari ran back to his position shaking his head. Héctor David Calderón made an important save on a dangerous shot by Răzvan Voinea in the 83rd minute. With an all-out effort, Rosario Central FC's Héctor David Calderón threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pablo Solari, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle sounded Rosario Central FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CHONA AFC.
