Pretorianos FC were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Arquímedes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tostão Ceresso took the corner. The corner led to Pretorianos FC's Victorino Loren getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 24th minute of the match, Santos Lauren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeremias Cordario saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jeremias Cordario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Ceresso in the 26th minute of the match. Marciano Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Librado in the 27th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Delmiro Berart managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tostão Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jeremias Cordario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Neron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jeremias Cordario made a huge save. Marciano Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arquímedes Ladio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pretorianos FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Primitivo Neron hit a great ball. Arquímedes's Jeremias Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Ceresso in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Librado in the 73rd minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Idacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Librado got free with Marciano Idacio in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 76 played minutes Arquímedes got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Jestrimski. Pretorianos FC made a substitution. Severiano Artaldo replaced Delmiro Berart. Arquímedes's Ramon Abila was substituted for Matias Fresco. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Arquímedes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boleslaw Jestrimski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Abila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Idacio having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Abila got free with Marciano Idacio in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the game, one of Pretorianos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marciano Idacio came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Arquímedes's Arquímedes Ladio. But to his dismay, Arquímedes Ladio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Tostão Ceresso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremias Cordario was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Pretorianos FC from getting a goal against them. 95 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Librado came free, but Marciano Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ramon Abila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Arquímedes players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
