Jorge Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Sugoi in the 12th minute of play. When Olaf Wos came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the KIRICOCHO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Wos couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olaf Wos got free with Melker Vennerlund in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Melker Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caner Parshan in the 22nd minute of play. The KIRICOCHO FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when KIRICOCHO FC's Facundo Torres looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 37 played minutes EmmA got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Losada. 38 minutes into the match, KIRICOCHO FC's Arnel Pansoy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melker Vennerlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of KIRICOCHO FC booed when EmmA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Kimetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. EmmA's Melker Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caner Parshan in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

EmmA's Göktürk Başbuğ was substituted for Damaso Otsando. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Göktürk Başbuğ to strike the kick off in the second half. Melker Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Torres in the 52nd minute of play. Anibal Mendebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Theodore in the 55th minute of play forced EmmA's goalkeeper Melker Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anibal Mendebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, KIRICOCHO FC's Olaf Wos got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in KIRICOCHO FC's zone, Anibal Mendebal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Errando came out of the goal and Anibal Mendebal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Torres in the 61st minute of play forced EmmA's goalkeeper Melker Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Anastasio Sugoi could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Jorge Errando however easily saved by the left post. The audience was convinced that Facundo Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melker Vennerlund was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caner Parshan in the 77th minute of play forced EmmA's goalkeeper Melker Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
