The crowd rose to their feet as Marcial Chayo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alberto Palban. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arie Ortega in the 14th minute of play forced Vamo A Calmarno's goalkeeper Bart Basson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LARRY FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Marcial Chayo scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Palban, making the score, 2-0. Bart Basson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arie Ortega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Arie Ortega notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Vamo A Calmarno's Bart Basson. Bart Basson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute, Arie Ortega ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bart Basson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Alberto Palban made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Marcial Chayo sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Cordarrol, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A hard shot 33 in the game by Alvaro Cordarrol from a close distance when the talented Alberto Palban managed to make a qualified save. LARRY FC's players were relieved. Bart Basson came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by LARRY FC's Uvis Badovskis. But to his dismay, Uvis Badovskis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Bart Basson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uvis Badovskis, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 40 minutes, Alvaro Cordarrol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vamo A Calmarno and the LARRY FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LARRY FC booed when Vamo A Calmarno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Cordarrol didn't get a good kick on the ball. LARRY FC's Alberto Palban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Cordarrol in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Cordarrol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florentino Ferrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Bart Basson made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Florentino Ferrer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bart Basson. The goal made the score 2-4. 63 minutes into the match, LARRY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Carretero came free, but Alberto Palban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Venancio Carretero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Palban was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. LARRY FC's Jose Lucila was substituted for Uvis Badovskis. Alberto Palban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Bazil in the 69th minute of the match. Mauro Abilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vamo A Calmarno's Teofilo Panfilo was substituted for Mauro Abilio. With a little luck, Vamo A Calmarno's Bart Basson got control of the ball when Florentino Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute Marcial Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Palban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Alvaro Cordarrol put it in 4-4 from a short distance just to the right of Alberto Palban. Vamo A Calmarno's Justino Rainerio was substituted for Alvaro Cordarrol. LARRY FC made a substitution. Raimundo Lehen replaced Ruben Micael. Marcial Chayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Alberto Palban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LARRY FC's Alberto Palban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Carretero in the 84th minute of play. Vamo A Calmarno's Venancio Carretero managed to work through LARRY FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Venancio Carretero dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 86th minute, Doyle Quenneville made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Palban. LARRY FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-4. Alberto Palban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Rainerio in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to LARRY FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Raimundo Lehen hit a great ball. Blas Bazil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alberto Palban. LARRY FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Doyle Quenneville hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
