Eliseo Berasko scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavio Efraim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Red Bull Crystallis's Octavio Efraim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Berasko in the 18th minute of play. Octavio Efraim made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Eric Oltean sent off a good shot on target. Atlético Nacional's Teodoro Peio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Flor in the 23rd minute of play.
