An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Cordero in the 20th minute of play forced Alzaga FC's goalkeeper Arcadio Buendia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marcelo Cordero, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 20 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arcadio Buendia was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With his leg Dražen Ladić managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Alzaga FC's Ovidio Bautista fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 25 played minutes Alzaga FC got a freekick which was hit by Robert Rutkowski. The supporters of Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT booed when Alzaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrián Czornomaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Cordero took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arcadio Buendia. Arcadio Buendia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alzaga FC's Ariel Jesus was substituted for Robert Rutkowski. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Cristobal Polo was substituted for Andrew Robertson. The supporters of Alzaga FC booed when Fac. de Ed.
