DE COMERCIO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Andreas Hellsing scored to the left of an out of position Alfredinho Gerber, making the score, 2-0. Alfredinho Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Hellsing in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Nisio in the 32nd minute of play forced C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Alfredinho Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Urbasa. Lagrima en Jarrita's Kong Hao Xi was substituted for Aristide Ştefănoiu. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lagrima en Jarrita's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Seb Gentiletti was slow to take the kick. During this time C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of C.U.E. DE COMERCIO booed when Lagrima en Jarrita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kieth Van Damme didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Filiberto Nisio fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lagrima en Jarrita's protests and gave Filiberto Nisio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Filiberto Nisio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seb Gentiletti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Bertoni was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Antonio Alzamendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Malo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's attentive Betão Veiga managed to snatch the ball when Florencio Urbasa made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Alfredinho Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Lore in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Lagrima en Jarrita got a corner. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olgierd Karanowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lagrima en Jarrita's Olgierd Karanowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredinho Gerber in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo got control of the ball when Daniel Bertoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Teodoro Nikola was substituted for Isaac Incendio. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Seb Gentiletti in the 67th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lagrima en Jarrita's goalie and right to Teodoro Nikola. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lagrima en Jarrita's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Alfredinho Gerber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Lore in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Salvador Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amado Chayo. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Amado Chayo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Amado Chayo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Loco Malo made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Salvador Romano sent off a good shot on target. Alfredinho Gerber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arquímedes Desira in the 92nd minute of the match. Alfredinho Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lagrima en Jarrita had played much better football throughout.
