Spectators: 10961 (Terracing: 8222, Seating: 2521, VIP seats: 218) Lagrima en Jarrita's Arquímedes Desira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Acercate Y Patea de Lejos defense, Arquímedes Desira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Podgoreanu. The Acercate Y Patea de Lejos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Podgoreanu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Lore in the 15th minute of play forced Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Emanuel Podgoreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horácio Garcia took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Loco Malo. Loco Malo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lagrima en Jarrita's Armando Lore managed to work through Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Armando Lore dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 23rd minute, Arquímedes Desira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Podgoreanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 26 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Urbasa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horácio Garcia in the 32nd minute of play forced Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Horácio Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lagrima en Jarrita's Armando Lore got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Podgoreanu came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Lagrima en Jarrita's Arquímedes Desira. But to his dismay, Arquímedes Desira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horácio Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emanuel Podgoreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arquímedes Desira in the 56th minute of play. Lagrima en Jarrita's Marcial Veremundo was substituted for Arquímedes Desira. After a rather tough play, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Ricardo Bochini got a free kick in the 64th minute. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Eliseo Abechuco was substituted for Cyprian Trochowski. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos made a substitution. Rosendo Gervaso replaced Yves Ayral. In the 65th minute, Ricardo Bochini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Podgoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Hellsing, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Guzman came free, but Loco Malo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lagrima en Jarrita's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcial Veremundo in the 82nd minute. Lagrima en Jarrita's Marcial Veremundo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emanuel Podgoreanu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blas Guzman got free with Loco Malo in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Podgoreanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Hellsing went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Marcial Veremundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 93rd play minutes Blas Guzman shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Loco Malo and just under the crossbar into goal. Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Abechuco in the 95th minute of play. Lagrima en Jarrita walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
