Nikola Rnić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nikola Rnić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Prodan Arsić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The nice shot from Nikola Rnić in the 9thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Prodan Arsić had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Danilo Petrov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The long shot by Nemanja Miročević in the 14th minute really tested Prodan Arsić's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 18th minute, Nikola Rnić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Ikona Beograd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Rafailo Kolašinac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Željko Vukojev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Željko Vukojev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafailo Kolašinac in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoljub Kašiković in the 31st minute of play forced Veliko Laole's goalkeeper Prodan Arsić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prodan Arsić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Petrov in the 34th minute. Svetozar Mijović shot from long distance in the 37th minute, but Prodan Arsić was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Danilo Petrov was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 43 minutes, Nikola Rnić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Ikona Beograd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikola Rnić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Janča Dragojević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Petrov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Prodan Arsić came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by FK Ikona Beograd's Danilo Petrov. But to his dismay, Danilo Petrov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bojan Vujišić struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Željko Vukojev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veliko Laole. Prodan Arsić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikola Rnić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 minutes of play Veliko Laole's Bojan Vujišić was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Veliko Laole's Bojan Vujišić got a free kick in the 67th minute. Veliko Laole's Prodan Arsić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikola Rnić in the 68th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Danilo Petrov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Ikona Beograd's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Petrov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prodan Arsić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prodan Arsić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Petrov in the 76th minute of play. Srebrenko Dević kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Nikola Rnić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veliko Laole's Prodan Arsić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Petrov in the 94th minute of play.
