An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoljub Vukobratović in the 7th minute of play forced Aleksinac OFK's goalkeeper Danilo Vratonjić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Boris Pekaric came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Aleksinac OFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Pekaric couldn't finish the play. Dragoljub Vukobratović struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Danilo Vratonjić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Banjani. During the 32nd minute of the match Ljubiša Ivanić completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ljubiša Ivanić a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The Banjani fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Banjani's Aranđel Peković looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aleksinac OFK's Danilo Vratonjić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aranđel Peković in the 92nd minute of play. The Banjani fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Banjani's Aranđel Peković looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Banjani fully deserved thier win.
