A collision led to Aleksinac OFK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Milutin Borenović hit a great ball. Miloje Budić took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Danilo Vratonjić. Aleksinac OFK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Veljko Bogićević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. After 14 minutes, Aksentije Glamočanin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aleksinac OFK and the FK Naftasi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aksentije Glamočanin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, FK Naftasi's Miloje Budić broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Veljko Bogićević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Vratonjić having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Veljko Bogićević got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 27 minutes into the game, Veljko Bogićević cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Danilo Vratonjić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute Radojica Cerovac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikola Stokić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksinac OFK's Danilo Vratonjić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metodije Malinić in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Metodije Malinić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Vratonjić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlada Perić in the 47th minute of play forced FK Naftasi's goalkeeper Nikola Stokić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Veljko Bogićević managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Naftasi's supporters rose to their feet, but Veljko Bogićević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Vratonjić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metodije Malinić in the 62nd minute of play forced Aleksinac OFK's goalkeeper Danilo Vratonjić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milenko Uzelac in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Vratonjić saved Aleksinac OFK from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Aleksinac OFK's zone, Metodije Malinić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Vratonjić came out of the goal and Metodije Malinić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radojica Cerovac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 played minutes Aleksinac OFK got a freekick which was hit by Boris Pekaric. After 77 played minutes, FK Naftasi's Miloje Budić shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Danilo Vratonjić came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Naftasi reached it. When FK Naftasi's Metodije Malinić in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FK Naftasi fully deserved thier win.
