Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Merlin Adrain started the match with the kick off. After having played for 2 minutes, Andreas Latham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Bridgend's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Latham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dirmyg Harris during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Dirmyg Harris got a free kick in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, UWA Bridgend's goal looked a bit too open when Puw Handley came free, but Lavaine Budge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rhisiart Saddler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wren Haugh went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute, Gruddyeu Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UWA Bridgend's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 20th minute of the game, when Elphin Loane after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Porth's goal. Elphin Loane was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Amhar Gill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rhisiart Saddler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Amhar Gill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhisiart Saddler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porth's Puw Handley got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Gleis Edington hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wren Haugh's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rhisiart Saddler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Merlin Adrain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Puw Handley in the 46th minute of play forced UWA Bridgend's goalkeeper Lavaine Budge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

UWA Bridgend:s Lavaine Budge showed great skill when he stopped Cas Conant:s penalty. Wren Haugh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Rhisiart Saddler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomos Darwin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amhar Gill in the 63rd minute of play forced Porth's goalkeeper Rhisiart Saddler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, UWA Bridgend's Amhar Gill nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rhisiart Saddler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Wren Haugh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 3-0 became the score in the 76th minute when Amhar Gill elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rhisiart Saddler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wren Haugh in the 85th minute of play. Wren Haugh struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Rhisiart Saddler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Bridgend. Wren Haugh scored 4-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rhisiart Saddler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the match, Porth's goal looked a bit too open when Wren Haugh came free, but Rhisiart Saddler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Porth booed when UWA Bridgend was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Latham didn't get a good kick on the ball. UWA Bridgend were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Porth for a fine match.
