Llwydeu Jay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marrock Jordan in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Porthcawl Utd's goalkeeper Llwydeu Jay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Govynyon Connery got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marrock Jordan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Llwydeu Jay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Porthcawl Utd got a freekick which was hit by Gerallt Hailey. In a very dangerous position, a player in Porthcawl Utd fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Llandysul. Dirmyg Deanly stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Llwydeu Jay. 2-0. Porthcawl Utd's Llwydeu Jay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Porthcawl Utd from getting a goal against them. Ardwyad Coffren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Lumpp, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Llwydeu Jay was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Llandysul booed when Porthcawl Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Drystan Bowden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kent Lumpp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
