Spectators: 6788 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dylan Leggott took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Brazier in the 6th minute of play forced UWA Talgarth's goalkeeper Gandwy Whitesmith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Cardiff's Brad Brazier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gandwy Whitesmith narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cardiff's zone, Cynan Gilduff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mabsant Beal came out of the goal and Cynan Gilduff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cynan Gilduff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cynan Gilduffs short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Mabsant Beal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gandwy Whitesmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iau Leeche, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Cardiff's Mabsant Beal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Cardiff from getting a goal against them. Owein Largan charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Owein Largan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, UWA Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Owein Largan to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match Ithel Arnold shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gandwy Whitesmith showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 37 played minutes UWA Talgarth got a freekick which was hit by Owein Largan. Teryrnon Herbert was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Mabsant Beal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cynan Gilduff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dylan Leggott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dylan Leggott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mabsant Beal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes, Carnedyr Bury mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UWA Talgarth and the Cardiff players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carnedyr Bury kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes in the game, Iau Leeche dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Cynan Gilduff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mabsant Beal having to interfere. In the 67thth minute of the game Brad Brazier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Talgarth's Gandwy Whitesmith was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. UWA Talgarth's Gandwy Whitesmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brad Brazier in the 69th minute of play. Cardiff's Iau Leeche got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, UWA Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carnedyr Bury to maneuver through the defense. If Brad Brazier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Dylan Leggott managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Talgarth's supporters rose to their feet, but Dylan Leggott was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mabsant Beal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cynan Gilduff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Cedric Teamster managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cardiff's supporters rose to their feet, but Cedric Teamster was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gandwy Whitesmith breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
