Gwythyr Joiner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Granwen Fischer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwythyr Joiner was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Fercos Leaper made a precise shot to the right of Gwythyr Joiner. UWA Beaumaris's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Rhyl's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fercos Leaper in the 53rd minute. Granwen Fischer did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Gwythyr Joiner 55 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, UWA Beaumaris's goalkeeper Gwythyr Joiner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ol Clements. With a little luck, UWA Beaumaris's Gwythyr Joiner got control of the ball when Granwen Fischer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rhyl's Maddox Creedan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yestin Birdwell in the 93rd minute of play.
