Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amynedd Diarmid made the kick off which started today's match. Gwalhaved Forbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwythyr Joiner having to interfere. Amynedd Diarmid took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gwythyr Joiner. Gwythyr Joiner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th minute, UWA Beaumaris's Gwilym Bowman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gwilym Bowman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of UWA Beaumaris protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gwilym Bowman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in UWA Beaumaris fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Barmouth a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amynedd Diarmid, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of UWA Beaumaris's Gwythyr Joiner. 0-2. Ithel Biggar came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Beaumaris's Caledvwich Blencowe. But to his dismay, Caledvwich Blencowe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Gwythyr Joiner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amynedd Diarmid's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. If March Bennington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gwythyr Joiner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amynedd Diarmid went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sion Folds during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Barmouth getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Sion Folds hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Bwlch Gain managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Beaumaris's supporters rose to their feet, but Bwlch Gain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ithel Biggar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 minutes, Kian Hassett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barmouth and the UWA Beaumaris players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of UWA Beaumaris booed when Barmouth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kian Hassett didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Amynedd Diarmid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwythyr Joiner was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amynedd Diarmid in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gwythyr Joiner saved UWA Beaumaris from getting behind.

51 minutes into the game, Myrddin Hooley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Beaumaris's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barmouth the free kick. Myrddin Hooley hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Taffy Ahern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Kian Hassett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barmouth's supporters rose to their feet, but Kian Hassett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwythyr Joiner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sion Folds received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gwythyr Joiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Barmouth's Amynedd Diarmid in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Beaumaris's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute, March Bennington left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barmouth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Amynedd Diarmid had several of the UWA Beaumaris's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 65 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Gwythyr Joiner as he didn't even see the shot coming. March Bennington struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Gwythyr Joiner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barmouth. After 69 played minutes UWA Beaumaris got a freekick which was hit by Cadwaladr Hamilton. If Amynedd Diarmid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amynedd Diarmid's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Gwythyr Joiner skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gwythyr Joiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from March Bennington, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwalhaved Forbes in the 77th minute of play forced UWA Beaumaris's goalkeeper Gwythyr Joiner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwythyr Joiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amynedd Diarmid, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Yestin Birdwell's late challenge caught a Barmouth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yestin Birdwell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, UWA Beaumaris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yestin Birdwell to maneuver through the defense. UWA Beaumaris's Gwythyr Joiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amynedd Diarmid in the 82nd minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Amynedd Diarmid lined in a short shot 1-7 behind a frustrated Gwythyr Joiner. When Barmouth's Amynedd Diarmid in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Beaumaris's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute, Taffy Ahern got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
