Bors Allard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anwell Bain in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wrexham Hooligans's zone, Clyde Lattimore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Drwst Hand came out of the goal and Clyde Lattimore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the game, Anwell Bain recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bors Allard. Anwell Bain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, UWA Haverfordwest's goal looked a bit too open when Anwell Bain came free, but Bors Allard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Wrexham Hooligans getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mil Gee hit a great ball. Ardwyad Farr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Clyde Lattimore came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the UWA Haverfordwest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clyde Lattimore couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Wrexham Hooligans booed when UWA Haverfordwest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clyde Lattimore didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Trefor Lovat shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bors Allard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, UWA Haverfordwest's Syvwlch Foster got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tremayne Gibb made the kick off in the second half. Drwst Hand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tremayne Gibb went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. UWA Haverfordwest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tremayne Gibb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tremayne Gibb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
