Spectators: 10990 (Terracing: 8244, Seating: 2527, VIP seats: 219) Gonzalo Otsoko started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sitthachat Jampeehom came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Chelsea Headhunters's Gonzalo Otsoko. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Otsoko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper Matthew McKail had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Zuasnabar. In the 11th minute, Gonzalo Otsoko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Zuasnabar got free with Matthew McKail in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Gonzalo Otsoko came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Chelsea Headhunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Otsoko couldn't finish the play. Gonzalo Otsoko struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Sitthachat Jampeehom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelsea Headhunters. Deilmison Davids recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Otsoko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 38 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Otsoko came free, but Sitthachat Jampeehom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sitthachat Jampeehom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Otsoko in the 43rd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Zuasnabar to make the kick off. Gonzalo Otsoko might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sitthachat Jampeehom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonzalo Otsoko ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Otsoko got free with Sitthachat Jampeehom in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Dobilas came free, but Matthew McKail reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Miguel Zuasnabar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthew McKail was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Miguel Zuasnabar sped through Chelsea Headhunters's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matthew McKail. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Matxin in the 63rd minute of the match. If Gonzalo Otsoko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Miroslaw Dobilas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew McKail saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Deilmison Davids hit a great ball. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when Chelsea Headhunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Sandström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslaw Dobilas in the 71st minute of play. Matthew McKail made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Dobilas in the 77th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Miroslaw Dobilas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew McKail saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom got control of the ball when Gonzalo Otsoko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chelsea Headhunters's Karol Lampa was substituted for Gonzalo Otsoko. Gong Zhen Fan made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Miroslaw Dobilas however managed to control. Matthew McKail made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Dobilas in the 94th minute of play.
