In the 3rd match minute, Real Pias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Henriques to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Doinabista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vasco Faria came free, but Lázaro Liberato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estevão Curado in the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Real Pias getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Vasco Faria hit a great ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Cândido Ruas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doinabista FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cândido Ruas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Doinabista FC's Catarino Maltez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Real Pias's Manuel Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Sampaio in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Catarino Maltez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Doinabista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Estevão Curado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 30th playminute. Carlos Sacramento took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Sá. Manuel Sá dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 38 minutes into the match, Doinabista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Henriques came free, but Lázaro Liberato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hugo Oliveira fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Doinabista FC's protests and gave Hugo Oliveira a yellow card for diving instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Hugo Henriques made the kick off in the second half. When Hugo Henriques came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Real Pias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Henriques couldn't finish the play. Manuel Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Catarino Maltez, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Real Pias's Manuel Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Catarino Maltez in the 60th minute of play. Lázaro Liberato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Henriques in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Real Pias booed when Doinabista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball.
