Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gentil Setúbal in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Máximo Azeredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Máximo Azeredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gentil Setúbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Máximo Azeredo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal. But to his dismay, Gentil Setúbal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Adriano Vale's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Máximo Laureano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Máximo Laureano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Vilhena, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Vale in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Laureano saved Terceirense F.C. from getting behind. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano Vale in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Máximo Laureano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Máximo Azeredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Kapera in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ɍυƒυs™'s Filipe Veiga got a free kick in the 44th minute. Máximo Azeredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Ventura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Vilhena in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Terceirense F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ɍυƒυs™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donovan Daval was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Chants of Terceirense F.C. echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ɍυƒυs™ had held the ball for most of the match.
