Arslan Orus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 19 minutes, Jânio Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Fura Balizas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jânio Novaes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivan Moutinho came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arslan Orus could save by the left post. When Ivan Moutinho came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Fura Balizas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Moutinho couldn't finish the play. Ivan Moutinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arslan Orus having to make a save.
