Spectators: 10850 (Terracing: 8139, Seating: 2495, VIP seats: 216) Ballymoney Athletic's Connor Ashton started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frankie Cardwell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Reinaldo Varela scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frankie Cardwell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Herlin in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frankie Cardwell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter Smith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Frankie Cardwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Herlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frankie Cardwell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Richard Herlin ran back to his position shaking his head. After 11 minutes of play, Rawdon FC's Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frankie Cardwell was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ballymoney Athletic's Frankie Cardwell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Ballymoney Athletic from getting a goal against them. If Richard Herlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frankie Cardwell came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Rawdon FC's Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz. But to his dismay, Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Frankie Cardwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frankie Cardwell. Frankie Cardwell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Keith Abbotts kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Frankie Cardwell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz in the 33rd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frankie Cardwell, 5-0. 36 minutes in the game, Richard Herlin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Frankie Cardwell having to interfere. Frankie Cardwell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Connor Ashton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keith Abbotts made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sid Legg however managed to control. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richard Herlin in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frankie Cardwell saved Ballymoney Athletic from getting behind. In the 46th minute Richard Herlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Cardwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Richard Herlin notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Ballymoney Athletic's Frankie Cardwell. Frankie Cardwell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd minute Richard Herlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Cardwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Rawdon FC's Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frankie Cardwell was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rawdon FC's 吴平银 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Connor Ashton in the 66th minute of play. After 68 minutes, Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ballymoney Athletic's Frankie Cardwell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Karaszkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Frankie Cardwell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 吴平银 made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Sid Legg sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd match minute, Rawdon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Ginn to maneuver through the defense. Frankie Cardwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Herlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The supporters of Rawdon FC booed when Ballymoney Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sid Legg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernard Ginn struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Frankie Cardwell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rawdon FC. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Bernard Ginn sped through Ballymoney Athletic's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Frankie Cardwell. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rawdon FC fully deserved thier win.
