White. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, Brimhaven FC's Kenneth E. White got control of the ball when Alan da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brimhaven FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Terry Mayfield was slow to take the kick. During this time Cheadle's players had a chance to rest. After 10 played minutes Brimhaven FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Couzens. Rhys Bibby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth E. White having to interfere. After some careless play in the Brimhaven FC defense, Alan da Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenneth E. White. The Brimhaven FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth E. White should have stopped the shot. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Bogdan Grindeanu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 21st minute, Joey Gillespie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rhys Bibby was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Cheadle's Rhys Bibby in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brimhaven FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute, Alan da Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cheadle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of Brimhaven FC booed when Cheadle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glyn Boulton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Cheadle's Alan da Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth E. White made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. With an all-out effort, Cheadle's Kenneth E. White threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rhys Bibby, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Alan da Fonseca sped through Brimhaven FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kenneth E. White. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alan da Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. 7-0 became the score in the 51st minute when Rhys Bibby elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cheadle's Phillip Woodhall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damien Fish in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rhys Bibby in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenneth E. White prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rhys Bibby in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenneth E. White saved Brimhaven FC from getting behind. Rhys Bibby scored 8-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenneth E. White, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenneth E. White came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Cheadle's Alan da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Alan da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Kenneth E. White stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rhys Bibby's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Alan da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rhys Bibby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth E. White having to interfere. Alan da Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute, Alan da Fonseca had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 83 minutes into the game, one of Brimhaven FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Rhys Bibby came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cheadle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rhys Bibby couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Brimhaven FC defense, Luke Nowland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenneth E. White. The Brimhaven FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth E. White should have stopped the shot. After having played for 95 minutes, Luke Nowland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheadle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luke Nowland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Amos Hell put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kenneth E. White. There was no doubt that Cheadle were the better team. Cheadle's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
