Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 7thth minute of the game Casey Lester who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cloghroe's Banon Ghee was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Auley Grant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Keefe Tierney made a huge save. Auley Grant's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keefe Tierney read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Riddock Duggan charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Riddock Duggan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cloghroe getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Riddock Duggan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rineanna's zone, Conaill McNamara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keefe Tierney came out of the goal and Conaill McNamara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Auley Grant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Keefe Tierney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Rineanna's goalkeeper Keefe Tierney had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Auley Grant. Keefe Tierney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conaill McNamara in the 31st minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Casey Lester who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cloghroe's Banon Ghee was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Cloghroe getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Donan Walker hit a great ball. After having played for 49 minutes, Auley Grant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cloghroe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Auley Grant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casey Lester stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pauric Dalton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sameer Sheridan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Banon Ghee came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Rineanna's Pauric Dalton. But to his dismay, Pauric Dalton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Brenda McMichel, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Banon Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casey Lester in the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cloghroe's Donan Walker got a free kick in the 74th minute. Casey Lester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Banon Ghee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. If Auley Grant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Brenda McMichel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cloghroe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rineanna the free kick. In the 85th minute, Brenda McMichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ainnle Horgan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Banon Ghee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Cloghroe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pauric Dalton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Casey Lester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Banon Ghee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Banon Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casey Lester in the 95th minute of the match. The Rineanna players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
