Ryland Branson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gearalt John firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Donlevy Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Ryland Branson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Britt Ramsey during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gearalt John showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donlevy Frankson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th match minute, Ballygarett FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torin Gough to maneuver through the defense. Gearalt John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donlevy Frankson in the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Belgard Utd booed when Ballygarett FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torin Gough didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 minutes, Gilbeirt Ferguson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballygarett FC and the Belgard Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute Donlevy Frankson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gearalt John saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ballygarett FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
