Spectators: 6842 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 0) Cloonlavis's Begley Dempsey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Corray's Peter Savic got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Lewis Glen Crowe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barrie Moran skillfully saved the ball. Begley Dempsey received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Barrie Moran came out and tried to block the shot, but Begley Dempsey slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Cloonlavis's goal looked a bit too open when Toren Coyle came free, but Bragan Rogers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corray's Barrie Moran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Corray from getting a goal against them. Bragan Rogers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toren Coyle's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 18thth minute of the game Brendon Silke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cloonlavis's Bragan Rogers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Davie Gough fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bragan Rogers having to interfere. Aengus Hamilton kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Barrie Moran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Begley Dempsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cloonlavis's Cáirbre Delaney got a free kick in the 31st minute. Bragan Rogers came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Corray's Toren Coyle. But to his dismay, Toren Coyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 35th minute, Begley Dempsey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bragan Rogers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendon Silke in the 37th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Aengus Hamilton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cloonlavis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corray the free kick. The supporters of Corray booed when Cloonlavis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aengus Hamilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toren Coyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Glen Crowe charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lewis Glen Crowe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Cloonlavis got a freekick which was hit by Lewis Glen Crowe.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toren Coyle to strike the kick off in the second half. Breaghdha McWilliam kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Brendon Silke made a precise shot to the right of Bragan Rogers. Cloonlavis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Davie Gough managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corray's supporters rose to their feet, but Davie Gough was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bragan Rogers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Davie Gough took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bragan Rogers. Bragan Rogers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. If Raonall McPhil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Davie Gough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Cloonlavis's goalkeeper Bragan Rogers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brendon Silke. Bragan Rogers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendon Silke in the 71st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Brendon Silke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bragan Rogers was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Toren Coyle was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. Corray's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Begley Dempsey hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Bragan Rogers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendon Silke in the 83rd minute of the match. Davie Gough blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bragan Rogers having to make a save. When Corray's Davie Gough, in the 85th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Corray. If Brendon Silke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cloonlavis booed when Corray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brine Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cloonlavis getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aengus Hamilton hit a great ball. Davie Gough took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bragan Rogers. Bragan Rogers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Corray's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
