Paulino Alacuart hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A collision led to YamaMoto getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Leo Tonkin hit a great ball. Howard Acton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. YamaMoto's Peter Lomas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Howard Acton in the 36th minute of play. Misfits's Beinn Buckley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Misfits from getting a goal against them. Frankie Wooding hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. YamaMoto's Peter Lomas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dylan Hammond in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After a rather tough play, YamaMoto's Frankie Wooding got a free kick in the 54th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Misfits's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Jackson came free, but Beinn Buckley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Misfits's zone, Dan Jackson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beinn Buckley came out of the goal and Dan Jackson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Dan Jackson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beinn Buckley was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Howard Acton kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Peter Lomas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Howard Acton's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Howard Acton in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Lomas saved YamaMoto from getting behind. Dylan Hammond struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Peter Lomas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Misfits. In the 79th minute, Harry Bergström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Kristian Charlton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 played minutes YamaMoto got a freekick which was hit by Leo Tonkin. When Howard Acton came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Misfits fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Howard Acton couldn't finish the play. Misfits's Amuruza Hernandez suffered a sore thigh after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Dan Jackson fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YamaMoto's protests and gave Dan Jackson a yellow card for diving instead. Dan Jackson hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
