Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lewis Burnham started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Eastwood Foresters FC's zone, Lewis Burnham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Matos came out of the goal and Lewis Burnham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Quintan Gene notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of All Star XI's Steve Titmuss. Steve Titmuss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Quintan Gene scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steve Titmuss, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All Star XI's Steve Titmuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mike Stobbs in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Eastwood Foresters FC booed when All Star XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Barton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Eastwood Foresters FC's Quintan Gene made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steve Titmuss was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Lewis Burnham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the All Star XI defense, Mike Stobbs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steve Titmuss. The All Star XI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steve Titmuss should have stopped the shot. Steve Titmuss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintan Gene, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Roy Marsden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mike Stobbs took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steve Titmuss. Steve Titmuss dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Eastwood Foresters FC booed when All Star XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fraser Walsh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mike Stobbs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Eastwood Foresters FC booed when All Star XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Cowling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eastwood Foresters FC's Roy Marsden got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, All Star XI's Steve Titmuss got control of the ball when Quintan Gene tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mike Stobbs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Steve Titmuss made a huge save.
