Spectators: 7579 (Terracing: 5685, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Conal Whitworth took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Vinnie Woodford fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conal Whitworth in the 8th minute of play forced Toilet Seat FC's goalkeeper Bradley Ferguson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neil Yorke took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachariasz Brodzki. Zachariasz Brodzki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neil Yorke got free with Zachariasz Brodzki in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Paignton City's Zachariasz Brodzki got control of the ball when Neil Yorke tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Toilet Seat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Hylton came free, but Bradley Ferguson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grant Cookson kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Toilet Seat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Conal Whitworth came free, but Bradley Ferguson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sol Stevens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Toilet Seat FC's zone, Conal Whitworth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bradley Ferguson came out of the goal and Conal Whitworth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Dom Burrows sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Marc Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Toilet Seat FC's Philip Hargreaves tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Neil Yorke succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After having played for 63 minutes, Vinnie Woodford managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toilet Seat FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinnie Woodford was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Conal Whitworth fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paignton City's protests and gave Conal Whitworth a yellow card for diving instead. Sol Stevens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bradley Ferguson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. During the 80th minute of the match Conal Whitworth completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Conal Whitworth a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Toilet Seat FC booed when Paignton City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conal Whitworth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neil Yorke might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zachariasz Brodzki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Neil Yorke ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Paignton City's zone, Neil Yorke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After 93 played minutes Paignton City got a freekick which was hit by Brian Wicks. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Toilet Seat FC fully deserved thier win.
