Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felix Bignot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Cordingley having to interfere. Brian Cordingley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dylan Duxbury, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vic Jowsey stood somewhat misplaced when Kevin Jewson came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 26 minute. Jeremy Holdsworth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Vic Jowsey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vic Jowsey made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Jeremy Holdsworth sent off a good shot on target. Kevin Jewson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kevin Jewson to make the kick off. After 54th play minutes Kevin Jewson shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Vic Jowsey and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 59thth minute of the game Dylan Duxbury who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Everton FC's Brian Cordingley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Gareth Ainge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian Cordingley was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Thom Sinclair capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thom Sinclair really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Osaze FC's Vic Jowsey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Jewson in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute Everton FC were awarded a corner. Jeffrey Osmond went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Everton FC's Jeffrey Osmond to fire away a dangerous shot which Vic Jowsey despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Jewson in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vic Jowsey saved Osaze FC from getting behind. In the 86th minute, Kevin Jewson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
