John Harris didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tony United's Barrie Chalk shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. John Harris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathanial Burns, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Fraser Seagrave showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Westerby in the 41st minute of the match. Conal Houghton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but John Harris made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Pope to strike the kick off in the second half. John Harris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conal Houghton, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. John Harris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conal Houghton in the 83rd minute of play. Tony United's Nathanial Burns got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Jeffrey Collins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Huey Hellen hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Alf Pope could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Fraser Seagrave however easily saved by the left post. When Fred Westerby came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Naija Draig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Westerby couldn't finish the play. John Harris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conal Houghton in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Nathanial Burns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, Tony United could leave the field as winners, despite Naija Draig having more of the ball for most of the match.
