When Vern Lovell came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Marmarisspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vern Lovell couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Garth Monk fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Orson Boyd, passed just outside the right post. Orson Boyd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garth Monk, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Verne Harkness scored 0-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quentin Renner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Cracovia KS. Carl Malpeli stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Quentin Renner. 0-2. 91 minutes into the match, Marmarisspor's goal looked a bit too open when Dion Smikle came free, but Quentin Renner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dion Smikle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Simon McDermot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cracovia KS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
