Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rob Tynan started the match with the kick off. Graeme Silk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matty Gold, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Graeme Silk came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by CHK Eagles's Matty Gold. But to his dismay, Matty Gold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Matty Gold might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Graeme Silk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matty Gold ran back to his position shaking his head. RonnyFC's Graeme Silk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matty Gold in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to CHK Eagles getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rob Tynan hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Rob Tynan sped through RonnyFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Graeme Silk. 16 minutes into the match, CHK Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Byron Harper came free, but Patrick Colbert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Byron Harper in the 20th minute of play forced CHK Eagles's goalkeeper Patrick Colbert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, RonnyFC's goal looked a bit too open when Matty Gold came free, but Graeme Silk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leigh Barnes kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Patrick Colbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leigh Barnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Jacek Literski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Jerry Digby fired a really elegant long shot, but Patrick Colbert threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. RonnyFC were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after CHK Eagles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jerry Digby took the corner. Byron Harper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrick Colbert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leigh Barnes in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Byron Harper made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes CHK Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Gus Ellerker. Patrick Colbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Ruddock in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordan Gill in the 60th minute of play forced RonnyFC's goalkeeper Graeme Silk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rob Tynan came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Graeme Silk could save by the left post. In the 66th minute, Byron Harper ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Colbert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Graeme Silk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matty Gold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jordan Gill could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Graeme Silk made a huge save. The supporters of RonnyFC booed when CHK Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Gill didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 84 in the game by Rob Tynan from a close distance when the talented Graeme Silk managed to make a qualified save. RonnyFC's players were relieved. CHK Eagles's attentive Jacek Literski managed to snatch the ball when Sidney Ruddock made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CHK Eagles walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
