The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mark Morning came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Marble Hill Crows fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Morning couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Marble Hill Crows's goalkeeper Augustin Søvang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jamal Morris. After a defensive mix-up in DS Milan's zone, Mark Morning stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Posada came out of the goal and Mark Morning tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Mark Morning made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Posada. DS Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After 93 played minutes Marble Hill Crows got a freekick which was hit by Mark Morning. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Marble Hill Crows fans cheered their team off the field, for while DS Milan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
