Spectators: 9211 (Terracing: 6935, Seating: 2126, VIP seats: 150) Ma Ting Nan made the kick off and thus started the match. When Ma Ting Nan came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hockley AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ma Ting Nan couldn't finish the play. Hu Fan Yi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ma Ting Nan's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Harvey Elliot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buckingham AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hockley AFC the free kick. Hu Fan Yi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ma Ting Nan's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Hockley AFC's goalkeeper Fred Lineker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harvey Elliot. After 23 played minutes Hockley AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ash Currie. After a defensive mix-up in Hockley AFC's zone, Jude Bowen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Lineker came out of the goal and Jude Bowen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fred Lineker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pier De Feo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Ma Ting Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hu Fan Yi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hu Fan Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xaverius Xavier in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Trevor Lyons during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Buckingham AFC booed when Hockley AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trevor Lyons didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes Hockley AFC got a freekick which was hit by Trevor Lyons. Lech Piglowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lech Piglowski took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fred Lineker. Fred Lineker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Hockley AFC booed when Buckingham AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Elliot didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Norton got free with Fred Lineker in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jude Bowen to make the kick off. Fred Lineker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jude Bowen in the 51st minute of play. If John-Paul Easter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute of the match, John-Paul Easter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hu Fan Yi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hockley AFC's Fred Lineker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Piglowski in the 59th minute of play. Hu Fan Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jason Seagrave, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, John-Paul Easter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hockley AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but John-Paul Easter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hu Fan Yi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Hockley AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Oliver Watson hit a great ball. Jude Bowen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66thth minute of the game John-Paul Easter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buckingham AFC's Hu Fan Yi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70thth minute of the game Pier De Feo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hockley AFC's Fred Lineker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fred Lineker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Norton in the 73rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Hockley AFC defense, Lech Piglowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fred Lineker. The Hockley AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fred Lineker should have stopped the shot. Oliver Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hu Fan Yi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by John-Paul Easter in the 89th minute of play forced Buckingham AFC's goalkeeper Hu Fan Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Lineker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harvey Elliot in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Buckingham AFC were the better team. Buckingham AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
