The crowd rose to their feet as FC ARK CS's Sammy Corcoran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Denny Mullan. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. In the 13th match minute, FC ARK CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damon Gascoigne to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 林悦傲, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Reynaldo Estebe struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Nicolas Joey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nantwich. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júlio Severo got free with Denny Mullan in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Noel Elvins hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Frazer Fordham took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicolas Joey. FC ARK CS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 30th minute, 林悦傲 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Denny Mullan managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when FC ARK CS's Júlio Severo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Reynaldo Estebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nantwich's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Estebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Joey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rufus Stamp kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júlio Severo to strike the kick off in the second half. Nantwich's 林悦傲 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Nantwich booed when FC ARK CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damon Gascoigne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nantwich's Thomas Fieldwick was substituted for Rufus Stamp. Reynaldo Estebe struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Nicolas Joey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nantwich. In the 64th minute of the match, Reynaldo Estebe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolas Joey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nantwich's Denny Mullan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Severo in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sammy Corcoran in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denny Mullan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Júlio Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Júlio Severo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Nicolas Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 林悦傲, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Thomas Fieldwick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Nantwich fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Nantwich's 林悦傲 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 85thth minute of the game 林悦傲 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, 林悦傲 put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nicolas Joey. The audience was convinced that 林悦傲's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Joey was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After 95 played minutes Nantwich got a freekick which was hit by Frazer Fordham. Nantwich played a much better game than FC ARK CS and deserved their victory. The FC ARK CS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
