Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Peter Kapráľ kicked off to start the match. Marek Harmanec kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute of the match Norberd Draškovský sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marek Bega skillfully saved the ball. Radovan Cifra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Matej Backo made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in FK Dirty Dogs's zone, Peter Kapráľ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matej Backo came out of the goal and Peter Kapráľ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Hrnčiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Bega having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, FK Dirty Dogs's goalkeeper Matej Backo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radovan Cifra. Marek Bega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Kusý, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Radovan Cifra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Matej Backo made a huge save. FK Dirty Dogs's Matej Backo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FK Dirty Dogs from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Nové Zámky's Peter Kapráľ slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matej Backo. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. Peter Kapráľ took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matej Backo. Matej Backo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When Roman Špaňo fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Dirty Dogs's protests and gave Roman Špaňo a yellow card for diving instead. After recieving a nice pass, Nové Zámky's Igor Jurkemik tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Nové Zámky booed when FK Dirty Dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislav Šajtlavý didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexander Hrnčiar to strike the kick off in the second half. Marek Bega made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Viktor Kusý sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th play minute Viktor Kusý came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marek Bega. 2-1. The supporters of Nové Zámky booed when FK Dirty Dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matej Prokop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Kapráľ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Matej Backo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Kapráľ might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matej Backo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Kapráľ ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radovan Cifra in the 65th minute of play forced FK Dirty Dogs's goalkeeper Matej Backo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matej Backo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregor Kotian charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregor Kotian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute, one of FK Dirty Dogs:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FK Dirty Dogs. FK Dirty Dogs's Matej Backo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radovan Cifra in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FK Dirty Dogs's zone, Radovan Cifra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matej Backo came out of the goal and Radovan Cifra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Radovan Cifra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute of the match Matej Tinka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matej Backo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 99th minute Alexander Hrnčiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Bega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
