Spectators: 8499 (Terracing: 6375, Seating: 1955, VIP seats: 169) Štefan Dragula made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 minutes, Miloš Hattala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Diera and the FK Patrónka players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miloš Hattala kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Rastislav Mihalík made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Gabriel Behúň sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, FC Diera's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Janáček came free, but Tibor Čižmár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tibor Čižmár came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FK Patrónka's Tibor Križan. But to his dismay, Tibor Križan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tibor Čižmár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Janáček, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Štefan Dragula who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Patrónka's Rastislav Mihalík was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FK Patrónka's Tibor Križan got a free kick in the 27th minute. Gabriel Jamriška charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Jamriška the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gabriel Jamriška kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. FC Diera's Matúš Gyeneš got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 40 played minutes FC Diera got a freekick which was hit by Anton Galbavý. FC Diera's Tibor Čižmár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Pliešovský in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miroslav Janáček was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Štefan Dragula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Diera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Štefan Dragula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Miloš Hattala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FK Patrónka getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Peter Dančo hit a great ball. Pavol Majer didn't quite understand what happened when in the 85 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 87 minutes into the match, FC Diera's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Janáček came free, but Tibor Čižmár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Dančo during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Diera booed when FK Patrónka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Dančo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC Diera getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rudolf Horinka hit a great ball. Gabriel Behúň's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rastislav Mihalík read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. FK Patrónka's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
