Anıl Ege Sebuktekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manilan Monterrey's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute of the match Krivé hnáty got a corner. FC DNV Bratiskava's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ádám Erdei ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Krivé hnáty's corner Manilan Monterrey fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anıl Ege Sebuktekin quite easily take care of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Krivé hnáty's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eduardo Dante came free, but Grzegorz Szamotulski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin had great luck who in the 18thth minute grab hold of the ball when Manilan Monterrey from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 19 minutes FC DNV Bratiskava's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ádám Erdei who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Krivé hnáty's corner Ádám Erdei fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anıl Ege Sebuktekin quite easily take care of the ball. After 21 minutes of play, FC DNV Bratiskava's Lubáš Dobák made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Grzegorz Szamotulski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gürol Yengi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Anıl Ege Sebuktekin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 27 minutes, Carlos Eduardo Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC DNV Bratiskava's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Eduardo Dante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Gürol Yengi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ádám Erdei kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Grzegorz Szamotulski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Dante in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Manilan Monterrey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anıl Ege Sebuktekin was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. FC DNV Bratiskava's Anıl Ege Sebuktekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fu Yong Ling in the 38th minute of play. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manilan Monterrey, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Krivé hnáty's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ádám Erdei in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Ádám Erdei got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anıl Ege Sebuktekin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gürol Yengi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manilan Monterrey's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manilan Monterrey made a kick off. Cyprian Falkiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Grzegorz Szamotulski made a huge save. In the 53rd minute, one of Krivé hnáty:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Krivé hnáty. Grzegorz Szamotulski had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Nils Breitbücher's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Nils Breitbücher did an outstanding performance 55 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-2 to the right of an irritated Grzegorz Szamotulski in the goal. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Beňo in the 59th minute of play. Grzegorz Szamotulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Eduardo Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roque Rivero during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Krivé hnáty got a freekick which was hit by Roque Rivero. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Dante in the 74th minute of the match. If Carlos Eduardo Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlos Eduardo Dante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grzegorz Szamotulski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Dante in the 80th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute FC DNV Bratiskava were awarded a corner. Nils Breitbücher went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Carlos Eduardo Dante almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Krivé hnáty's Grzegorz Szamotulski did a great save. In the 98th minute Carlos Eduardo Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC DNV Bratiskava were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Krivé hnáty side.
