Spectators: 6793 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1793, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Goran Brezovec made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Selnica ob Dravi ND booed when Juršinci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lejs Mešić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juršinci's Franček Juršič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matey Potočin in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matey Potočin in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franček Juršič prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aldo Kampjut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lojze Kunstič lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Selnica ob Dravi ND. Darko Andrin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Franček Juršič. 0-1. In the 22nd match minute, Juršinci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Urbanc to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 25 minutes, Matey Potočin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Selnica ob Dravi ND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matey Potočin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Emil Urbanc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juršinci's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Selnica ob Dravi ND the free kick. A collision led to Juršinci getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Emil Urbanc hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match Darko Andrin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franček Juršič skillfully saved the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Aldo Kampjut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Franček Juršič was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matey Potočin in the 37th minute of play forced Juršinci's goalkeeper Franček Juršič to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matey Potočin took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franček Juršič. Franček Juršič dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Mervan Lisjak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borivoj Lajevec having to interfere. Borivoj Lajevec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lejs Mešić in the 43rd minute of play. Franček Juršič came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Selnica ob Dravi ND's Matey Potočin. But to his dismay, Matey Potočin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The Juršinci players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Selnica ob Dravi ND were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matey Potočin to make the kick off. Selnica ob Dravi ND's Matey Potočin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Kampjut got free with Franček Juršič in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 54 played minutes Juršinci got a freekick which was hit by Rugerij Burja. When Matey Potočin came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Selnica ob Dravi ND fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matey Potočin couldn't finish the play. If Mirzet Pečjak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Matey Potočin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
