In the 9th minute, Karim Aćimović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, NK Krka's Petko Kajtna tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mato Zajtl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 minutes, Venco Zaman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK Krka and the INFINITY players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of INFINITY booed when NK Krka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venco Zaman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, INFINITY's Oktavij Korez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 21 minutes into the game, one of INFINITY:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave NK Krka a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Petko Kajtna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of INFINITY's Arnel Lampreht. 0-1. Argio Vukićević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mato Zajtl in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnel Lampreht saved INFINITY from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Milenko Miloš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. INFINITY's Arnel Lampreht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argio Vukićević in the 39th minute of play. If Mato Zajtl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hektor Bezjak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Danjel Korez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Argio Vukićević managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Krka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argio Vukićević was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mato Zajtl to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hektor Bezjak in the 53rd minute of play forced NK Krka's goalkeeper Danjel Korez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, NK Krka's Milenko Miloš got a free kick in the 54th minute. Hektor Bezjak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danjel Korez having to interfere. A collision led to NK Krka getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Venco Zaman hit a great ball. Karim Aćimović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Elvin Skalar managed to get in a good position for a shot. INFINITY's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvin Skalar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danjel Korez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mato Zajtl in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnel Lampreht saved INFINITY from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 99 minutes, Arnel Lampreht successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match was over NK Krka could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than INFINITY throughout the match.
