The supporters of FC Fredsgatan booed when IF Brommapojkarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederic Skinner didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Fredsgatan's Petter Säfström got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Fredsgatan's André Åhman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save FC Fredsgatan from getting a goal against them. FC Fredsgatan's André Åhman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederic Skinner in the 42nd minute of play. Gunnar Gallberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but André Åhman made a huge save. André Åhman was a little too slow when Birger Gulliksson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frederic Skinner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Birger Gulliksson came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the IF Brommapojkarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Gulliksson couldn't finish the play. IF Brommapojkarna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Petter Säfström scored to the left of an out of position Alvar Groth, making the score, 2-2. In the 58th match minute, FC Fredsgatan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Fredriksson to maneuver through the defense. Petter Säfström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alvar Groth came out and tried to block the shot, but Petter Säfström slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 67th minute. Martin Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Alex Säv dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alvar Groth, 2-4. André Åhman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Gulliksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Fredsgatan getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Manfred Vikström hit a great ball. In the 83rd match minute, FC Fredsgatan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Gummeson to maneuver through the defense. Petter Säfström took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvar Groth. Alvar Groth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. André Åhman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. André Åhman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Gallberg in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Frederic Skinner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. André Åhman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The IF Brommapojkarna supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Fredsgatan's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Fredsgatan.
