Halis Ayhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lionel Alexander's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Önnestad's goalkeeper Halis Ayhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel Alexander. In the 14th minute Lionel Alexander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halis Ayhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melkior Knøs hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Adam Rydzyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Vennerdal having to interfere. Lionel Alexander's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Halis Ayhan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Halis Ayhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilhelm Biörnberg in the 34th minute. Önnestad's Halis Ayhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Alexander in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Önnestad's John Ström got a free kick in the 38th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Bora Bora's Leif Hjeltman tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Önnestad's Halis Ayhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Alexander in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bora Bora's Vilhelm Biörnberg got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Adam Rydzyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 55th match minute, Önnestad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Ström to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 56 minutes, Leif Hjeltman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bora Bora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leif Hjeltman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bora Bora's Lionel Alexander in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Önnestad's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute Lionel Alexander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halis Ayhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Allbom in the 63rd minute of play forced Önnestad's goalkeeper Halis Ayhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilhelm Biörnberg hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Melkior Knøs might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Åke Vennerdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melkior Knøs ran back to his position shaking his head. Fred Böcklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Halis Ayhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmund Brask during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edmund Brask hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bora Bora's Åke Vennerdal got control of the ball when Adam Rydzyk tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Bora Bora's Lionel Alexander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Halis Ayhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Önnestad's Adam Rydzyk got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Önnestad's zone, Lionel Alexander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halis Ayhan came out of the goal and Lionel Alexander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Önnestad's Halis Ayhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Alexander in the 89th minute of play. Vilhelm Biörnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes Önnestad got a freekick which was hit by Marc Strömberg. In the 95th minute, Lionel Alexander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Halis Ayhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Bora Bora walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
