After 17 minutes of play, Bollkonstnärernas IK's Guaberto Silbestre made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of Bollkonstnärernas IK booed when Dannike was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. A collision led to Bollkonstnärernas IK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jerry Glad hit a great ball. Birger Hernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guaberto Silbestre to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bollkonstnärernas IK's Rickard Lindholm got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Sixten Andreasson charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sixten Andreasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes, Dannike's Anton Modig shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leif Hake came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dannike reached it. 61 minutes into the match, Rickard Lindholm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Nordström. Dannike's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rickard Lindholm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Birger Hernström took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Leif Hake to make any attempt to save it. 82 minutes into the match, Birger Hernström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leif Hake, 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rickard Lindholm in the 88th minute of play forced Dannike's goalkeeper Edgar Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magnus Källberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Hake having to interfere. If Sven-Edvin Nordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bollkonstnärernas IK fully deserved thier win.
