Ingmar Julin hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When John Bengtsson fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kalvträsk RK's protests and gave John Bengtsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Kalvträsk RK got a freekick which was hit by John Bengtsson. After 13 minutes, Stig-Arne Wester made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Onsala's Max Strand tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tim Kinell scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Max Strand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Stig-Arne Wester took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Max Strand to make any attempt to save it. Tim Kinell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Max Strand successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Melker Lindqvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Max Strand. That made the score 4-0 in the 37 minute of play. In the 44th minute, Tim Kinell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tim Kinell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Max Strand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Kalvträsk RK's Vidar Moberg was substituted for John Bengtsson. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ted Kilström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Ingmar Julin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Strand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Kinell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Stig-Arne Wester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Strand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Stig-Arne Wester's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Max Strand was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, Melker Lindqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Max Strand. Onsala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melker Lindqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Tim Kinell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Max Strand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Stig-Arne Wester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Strand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Kinell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Strand having to interfere. Kalvträsk RK's Jens-Åke Carlsson was substituted for Tim Kinell. Max Strand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Arne Wester in the 82nd minute of the match. Ted Kilström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Grigore Loga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cătălin Stănciulescu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Sven Paulin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Onsala's Staffan Gustafsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vidar Moberg in the 94 minute of the game. In the 96thth minute of the game Jens-Åke Carlsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onsala's Max Strand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
